MAGNESE® has combined magnesium, calcium and vitamin D3 to help relieve muscle cramps and spasms instantly as well as long-term. The mineral magnesium is vital to all enzymatic functioning of the body including energy production, cell formation and, of course, muscle relaxation.
Magnesium plays an important role within tissues, muscles and arteries. When magnesium and calcium are combined, they work together to promote consistent muscle relaxation (magnesium) as well as contraction (calcium).
Calcium is responsible for smooth and timely muscle contractions. Vitamin D is also present in MAGNESE® as a Vitamin D deficiency can cause spasms, muscle cramps, muscular hypersensitivity and pain.
