Vitamineral's Ligatex® is a ligament and tendon formula that supports ligament and collagenous tissue repair, through high levels of manganese and flavonoids. This combination of vitamins and minerals promotes collagen production as well as ligament and tendon restoration. Ideal for anyone with weak or injured ligaments or tendons, as well as those suffering from tendonitis, inflammation, or rheumatoid arthritis.
Ligatex® contains a number of vitamins and minerals to support the repair and growth of ligaments and tendons. Ligaments and tendons are formed through the production of collagen and elastin and are mostly made up of intercellular connective tissue, cells, nerves and blood vessels. Ligatex® has combined manganese and vitamin C, which the body requires to produce collagen. Vitamins B1, B2, B3 (Niacin) and B6, which support nerve function and the creation of amino acids that are responsible for building muscles, tendons and ligaments. Tendons and ligaments contain high levels of calcium and phosphorus and so these trace elements are essential for health. Iron, which is important for red blood cell health, as well as Iodine, which plays an essential role in bone health, immune response and the central nervous system. Also included are citrus bioflavonoids, which can speed up the healing process and reduce inflammation and choline citrate, which breaks down fat and removes waste from the body.
