Calcium (citrate, ascorbate, phosphate) – Is the most abundant mineral in the body. 99% of calcium is found in the bones and teeth, making it essential to keep up daily values in order to decrease the risks of everything from weak bones to tooth decay.

Phosphorus (Calcium Phosphate) – Is the second most abundant mineral in the body. Phosphorus is essential in the development and maintenance of strong teeth and bones. Lack of Phosphorus has been shown to cause a variety of conditions from brittle bones to week teeth, gums and joint pain.
